Profile Analysis: Slightly short lower 1/3 of the face; straight facial profile; obtuse nasolabial angle; indistinct mentolabial sulcus.
Joint Examination: Mouth opening: 40mm; downward mouth opening; no pain; no clicking.
Other Issues: No other abnormalities observed.
Intraoral Examination:
Horizontal Dimension: Right deviation of upper midline by 1mm, upper jaw slightly narrower than lower jaw.
Sagittal Dimension: Shallow overbite; left primary canine and molar in a mesial relationship, right primary canine in a neutral relationship; primary molar in a mesial relationship.
Vertical Dimension: Shallow overbite.
Diagnois:
Angle Class III malocclusion, Skeletal Class III.
